The house on the left in the bottom photo is Sigma Chi. The house on the right is Lambda Chi Alpha. Six of the nine fraternities/sororities at Hanover were built at the same time (early 1950s) and have identical floorplans.
Chi Chapter (Hanover) has had 4 houses. The first was the first official fraternity chapter house in the US. Both the first and the second burned down. The third was a small white building that is no condemned and the fourth and current house is the one you see above.
